Custom Processing Services, founded in 1998 by Gregg Shemanski and Jeff Klinger, is a contract manufacturer based in Exeter Township with an additional manufacturing facility in East Greenville, PA. CPS produces a wide range of customer-supplied products, including powders, waxes, pigments, and minerals, as well as food and pharmaceutical ingredients.
The company, recently honored by the Ben Franklin Technology Partners for its innovative use of technology, has used new methods in wet and dry grinding to grow rapidly since its inception. CPS currently employs over 100 people and, due to projected double-digit growth for 2017, plans to hire numerous personnel as production operators, maintenance technicians, and CDL-A drivers. Opportunities also exist for mechanical, chemical, process and automation engineers.
