Batch Processing Available
from Custom Processing
NETZSCH
Incorporated formed a strategic alliance with a local processing
company, Custom Processing Services, Inc. (CPS). CPS is located
just 25 miles northwest of NETZSCH's Exton facility. Custom Processing's
36,000 square foot plant houses a complete range of grinding equipment
used for batch processing customer materials.
In alliance with CPS,
NETZSCH Incorporated is now able to complete large-scale tests at
this plant. CPS currently utilizes NETZSCH Fluidized Bed Jet Mills
CGS 71 and 100 and Universal Mill CUM 300 for dry grinding, and
a Zeta System LMZ 10 for wet grinding.
"This alliance is a win-win
situation for NETZSCH and CPS. Before our Technical Center was built
and the partnership with CPS established, NETZSCH had to send all
potential customers to our headquarters in Germany for testing.
Now, we can conduct a full range of dry grinding trials right here
in Chester County and Berks County, PA, " Steve Miranda, Manager,
Dry Grinding, remarked.
The people of Custom
Processing Services have decades of experience in toll grinding
a wide variety of products, from specialty chemical additives and
food grade materials to toners and minerals, and have capacity to
handle truckload campaigns as well as dedicated production units.
