Gregg is a co-founder of CPS and has more than 30 years of experience in contract/toll manufacturing. Gregg is critical in the design and development of almost all of the equipment currently at work within CPS. Gregg is a key member of the Strategy Team, which focuses on how to best grow CPS to meet industry demands and customer expectations. An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, Gregg is often seen at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on “The Birds.”
A CPS co-founder, Jeff uses his 30+ years of experience in contract/toll manufacturing to elevate the team’s efficiency and optimization. Looked to for his financial wizardry, Jeff is a key member of the Strategy Team, overseeing critical decisions that focus on CPS growth opportunities. When not working, Jeff is typically found at a baseball field, either coaching or playing with his three grandchildren.
Scott adds his twenty-five (plus) years of manufacturing leadership to the CPS expertise pool. After serving as CPS’s Director of Operations for fourteen years, Scott now focuses on Team development, alignment, and implementation, system and process creation, and Strategic initiatives. He has been a fundamental part of CPS’s growth with his knowledge of both the industry and of CPS. In leading IHC, Scott ensures CPS hears the voice of the customer and does things the right way, both internally and externally. Scott as a fan of the cinema who enjoys both classic and contemporary offerings, is quick to challenge “Name the movie” when hearing a quote or musical track.
Albert is a key member of the East Greenville Business Team. He’s known for his ability to be a valuable voice to the customer, ensuring each gets exactly what they need, when they need it. Albert is a former All-American Basketball player and is training his son to reach that level of play.
When it comes to the technical mastery that drives CPS’s reputation, Carl is the leader who forwards the company’s vision. He has extensive knowledge of our world-class equipment and uses its capabilities to satisfy customers’ needs. In his spare time, Carl enjoys golfing and watching the Philadelphia 76ers.
