Gregg is a co-founder of CPS and has more than 30 years of experience in contract/toll manufacturing. He is also well-versed in the acquisition and processing of minerals from around the globe. Gregg is critical in the design and development and deployment of most of the equipment currently at work within CPS. Gregg is a key member of the Strategy Team, which focuses on how to best grow CPS to meet industry demands and customer expectations. Gregg is also active in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Alvernia University and other local boards. An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, Gregg is often seen at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on “The Birds.”

Albert has been instrumental in shaping where CPS is today, growing it into a stronger, more capable organization. A former All-American basketball player, he now enjoys coaching his son and passing on his passion for the game.

When he's not at work, Ken can often be found hiking scenic trails or exploring new destinations with his family.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and embracing her newest role—being a grandparent.

With a strong background in biotechnology, technical sales, and advanced instrumentation, she helps clients make confident, data-driven decisions. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, working on DIY design projects, and spending time with her young daughter.
