Gregg is a co-founder of CPS and has more than 30 years of experience in contract/toll manufacturing. He is also well-versed in the acquisition and processing of minerals from around the globe. Gregg is critical in the design and development and deployment of most of the equipment currently at work within CPS. Gregg is a key member of the Strategy Team, which focuses on how to best grow CPS to meet industry demands and customer expectations. Gregg is also active in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Alvernia University and other local boards. An avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, Gregg is often seen at Lincoln Financial Field cheering on “The Birds.”

When not working, Jeff is typically found at a baseball field, either coaching or playing with his five grandchildren.

Albert is the President of CPS, where he leads overall strategy, operations, and the leadership team, with a focus on growing CPS in its existing markets as well as new markets and investing in the people who run the plant every day. Albert has been instrumental in shaping where CPS is today, growing it into a stronger, more capable organization. A former All-American basketball player, he now enjoys coaching his son and passing on his passion for the game.

As President of CPS Purifications, Kenneth brings over 30 years of leadership and technical expertise in chemical manufacturing to the role. He's leading the next chapter of innovation, spearheading the expansion of advanced molecular separation technologies and establishing this strategic new division within Custom Processing Services. When he's not at work, Ken can often be found hiking scenic trails or exploring new destinations with his family.

She leads with a focus on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, guiding quality assurance across all CPS facilities. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and embracing her newest role—being a grandparent.

Willow Slusser leads CPS’s ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited Analytical Lab, where she oversees method development, quality systems, and client partnerships across industries ranging from specialty chemicals to FDA-regulated markets. With a strong background in biotechnology, technical sales, and advanced instrumentation, she helps clients make confident, data-driven decisions. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, working on DIY design projects, and spending time with her young daughter.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders, fishing and is an avid car enthusiast.
