Full-Service Formulation, Blending, & Bottling

We’re much more than a contract bottling partner. Our toll processing experts, material scientists, engineers, and specialty equipment operators can help you with every step of your project from R&D and processing raw materials to realizing your bottled, packaged final product.

We can design and execute process trials in jet milling, wet milling, blending, emulsifying, and more to help you move quickly through your product formulation process — and then scale up to full production. We’ve helped industrial hemp producers develop, formulate, process, and package high-quality, validated extracts for sale under their own brand.

We can even help you salvage off-specification products or packaging errors to reduce waste by remediating, reprocessing, and refilling.

Throughout every process step, we can provide validated testing and analysis for product sampling, quality assurance, specialty certification, product identification, product release criteria, and more.

By working with a single partner for processing, analysis, bottling, packaging, and even logistics, you can simplify scheduling, streamline production, and effectively reduce waste streams, freight and fuel, and time. You can reduce your overall product footprint and improve process sustainability, while reducing administrative burdens on your own staff — all while controlling project costs.
